What will happen at a first appointment?

Free initial telephone consultations are available. At a first appointment your current difficulties, aims and goals will be discussed. We will then decide together what might be helpful for you. 

What about confidentiality?

Information is kept in accordance with regulatory bodies, including the Health and Care Professionals Council and the Information Commissioners Office. 

Do you work with health insurers?

Registration is held with most health insurers, please get in touch if your insurer does not appear on this list.

Where are appointments available?

Appointments are available in the centre of Morpeth. There is free parking nearby. Appointments are also available online or over the telephone.

What age range do you work with?

Appointments are available for adults, normally over 18 years.   

Experiencing a mental health crisis?

We are unable to provide an emergency or crisis service.  If you are concerned about yourself then other services are available to support you.

If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe you should dial 999 or attend your local A&E department. 

If you are not in any immediate danger but do require urgent help you should contact your GP.   You can also call NHS 111.  The Samaritans are available for support on 116 123.
