What will happen at a first appointment?

Free initial telephone consultations are available.  If you would prefer to ask questions by email, this is fine too.

A first appointment is an assessment.  We will go at your pace but usually cover what brought you to therapy and what you would like to change.  We will decide together what might be helpful for you, and come up with a plan.
